West Coast Clearance offers closeout, overstock and factory-select furniture and mattresses at 40% - 70% off suggested retail prices.  We carry national brand mattresses (including Serta, Simmons and Royal Heritage), bedroom sets, dining room furniture, as well as microfiber and leather sofa sets.  Our inventory is brand new and still in factory packaging.

Our clearance items are sold direct-to-the-public at our clearance center in Milpitas, California (near The Great Mall at the San Jose border).  West Coast Clearance is not a retail store, so we are unable to serve walk-in customers.  Customers are seen BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
